We are so excited to attend the STEAM Fair this weekend at the Fairplex in Pomona! It was created for kids K-12 to have a chance to explore careers in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & AG, and Math. Some of the sponsors for this event are Cal Poly Pomona, JPL, University of LaVerne, Discovery Cube, and NHRA so you can imagine all the brains that went into creating this. You'll get the opportunity to get hands on with Girl Scout Cookie Boxes to try out your engineering skills, make a volcano explode, see the inner workings of a Rose Parade float, and the list goes on! There is seriously something for everyone. I'm pretty sure my daughter is most excited to see the happenings on the STEAM Kitchen Stage where they will be creating Sugar Glass. There's so much to do you'll want to Plan your day here so you're sure to get to everything you want to see.
